UC Davis Center Population Biology

Program Funding

Research and training programs funded by the US National Science Foundation (GRT and IGERT), as well as the Mellon and Packard Foundations, offer short-term support to the Center's graduate student affiliates (both students in the PBGG and in other UC Davis graduate groups) and independent postdoctoral associates who have recently completed their doctoral dissertations.

Individuals and organizations such as the Daphne and Ted Pengelley Fund and the ARCS Foundation, as well as the UC Davis College of Biological Sciences, also provide a crucial baseline of ongoing fellowship and research backing for our students and postdoctoral fellows.
